After a career in corporate sales & manufacturing, Craig studied to gain full accreditation as a Real Estate Licensee and a Licensed Auctioneer. Craig managed the successful Century 21 Coast Realty business from 2004, owning the business for 15 years, and selling in January 2023.

In addition to managing a very busy office employing twenty-five staff members, Craig is also an active & successful Selling Agent in his own right. Craig has an extensive history of selling & managing all forms of residential real estate, and is particularly experienced in the marketing and selling of land estates from concept stage, through the construction period, and ultimately the issuance of titles & settlement.

Craig and Century 21 Balme Property Group is now specifically focussed on the development of land subdivisions within the area of greater Perth, with a strong alignment with experienced developers such as Wormall Developments. Craig can also assist with the successful sale of your home or investment property.

Outside of real estate, Craig enjoys spending time with his wife Robyn, their three dogs, and two adult sons & their partners, plus two amazing grandkids!
